DELIVERY
Orders are delivered by post. The delivery costs are 3,6€ for Belgium, 6,7€ for France and 9€ for all other countries. The jewelry is handmade. The delivery time will be extended to 1 to 4 weeks.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND
The jewels are guaranteed for 3 months.
All exchanges and/or refunds can be made within 14 days of receiving the order via email or private message on our Instagram account.
Shipping costs are not at our charge when making an exchange or refund.
We do not do refunds on personalized products.
No exchanges on rings and advent calendars.
